z čehož vyplývá že hostitelský QGIS je standalone aplikace pro různé OS.

na Transifexu https://www.transifex.com/inasafe/inasafe-code/ přeloženo do ČJ. V pluginu zatím není, updaty jsou cca po půlroce.

Nejsem si úplně jist, jak funguje pipeline s updatem jazyka.

Zde mají notičky, http://inasafe.org/for-translators/index.html CZ překlad je na transifexu už delší dobu hotov.

Pokud by se nic nedělo, stálo by zato udělat nějaké pošťouchnutí, nebo spíše být trpělivý a počkat až do vydání nové verze?
